Q: How do I sign up for Solarus service online?

Go to any product information page and enter your service address and zip code and there will be an Order Now button that will take you to the appropriate page to sign up on the website.

 

 

 

CALLING FEATURES

What is 3-Way Calling?

With Solarus 3-Way Calling, you can connect with two other parties at the same time. The three of you can talk at once. Simply dial your first party as you would. Once connected press the flash button on your phone and dial your second party. After the second party is connected press the flash button again and you're all connected. It's as simple as that.

What is Call Forwarding?

Solarus Call Forwarding is included with every Solarus bundle. Now you can send incoming calls to any phone number you choose.

What is Call Waiting?

Solarus Call Waiting allows you to accept an incoming call while you're already on a phone call. This feature places your first call on hold while you answer the second incoming call.

What is Caller ID?

Solarus Caller ID allows you to see who is calling you before you pick up your receiver. If you have a Solarus cable package also hooked up you can view the information on your TV console.

What is Caller ID Blocking?

This feature blocks your name and phone number from being displayed to the person receiving your call. Dial *67 and then the number you are calling to and this feature will prevent your name and phone number from showing up.

What is Automatic Callback?

Your phone will call back the last number that called you whether you answer it or not.

What is Repeat Dialing?

Keeps redialing busy numbers and tells you when the line is free.

What is 1-Digit Speed Dial?

You can enter up to 8 telephone numbers - local or long distance - into your Speed Calling list. Then, you can reach those people by dialing the location digit and a # sign.

How do I check my Solarus Voice Mail?

Access your voice mailbox by dialing 423-6699.

BILLING

How/where do I pay my bill?

We recommend that you take advantage of our free ACH billing system. This system automatically pays your bill directly out of your bank account or credit card! Call our business office to apply or visit us at solarus.net to create an online account. You may also choose to mail or deliver your payment to us: Solarus, P.O. Box 8045, Wisconsin Rapids, WI, 54495. We also accept payments at our business office.

How do I change my credit card information?

You can change your credit card information on your Solarus account by logging in to your web account. You may also call or email us and a customer service representative will be happy to make the changes.

How do I change my billing address?

Call customer service or email us the new information and date that you would like the information changed.

What should I do if my credit card is declined?

If your credit card fails payment, you will be notified that your payment has failed and that you need to update or change your credit card information.

Will I receive a paper bill?

Yes; however, we do offer the convenience of online billing. We keep your costs low and functionality high by providing you with online billing. You can always print copies of your bill and keep them for your own records.

What if there is a problem with my credit card?

Your account will be suspended and a customer service representative will be calling to get new/updated credit card information.

Why might my first bill seem high?

Solarus bills one month in advance for service. Your first bill will include the advanced one month of service and any prorated charges for the dates that are outside your billing cycle. For example, Solarus services are installed in your home on the 15th of the month. Your first bill will include charges from the 15th to the end of the month plus one month of service for the upcoming month.
